Roommates & Occupancy
All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. The maximum number of occupants per apartment is a maximum of two persons per bedroom plus a child under two (2) years old will be allowed to occupy a unit or as may be restricted by applicable state or municipal code. Our guest policy is guests can not stay no more than 14 consecutive days. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
